  Carl Jervis and Dream Home Associates have been the easiest reality company with which we have ever worked. Can't rank Carl high enough - we dealt with a lot of folks in our search for a Florida rental - both through reality companies and VRBO. Carl, by far, was the best! He took the time to listen to our needs and worked with us to find the perfect winter vacation rental on Pine Island. Top ranking for this guy!

  Captain Jim took us out on the water for some Manatee & Dolphin viewing and a visit to the Indian shell mound island. He is very knowledgeable about the area/Indians and very nice to talk with. His dog came along for the trip and we had a great time. His boat holds 6 people and he provides cold water & sunscreen. We also took a cooler with some beer/pop for the trip. His prices are great and you can use a credit card if you let him know before the trip. Try and hit Capt'n Con's Fish House before or after your trip. Thanks again Jim, we will be back. Tim

  Awesome!! Did the full day Cayo Costa trip. I can't see myself going to any other beach on the Southwest Florida coast. Beautiful beach! Captain Joe and Rick were great, made the trip delightful.
